2. Water’s waterproofness depends on the water-proof rubber rings set on watch glass, case back and watch crown. Watches are water resistant to different grades: 30 meters, 100 meters, 200 meters, 300 meters and so on.
3. Watches that are water resistant to 30 meters can only withstand spay or light rain. 50 meter water-resistance watches can be worn in swimming . Professional diver watches that are water resistant to above 100 meters can be used in diving. Before swimming or diving, a professional check for watch resistance is a must.

5. Any water-resistance watches should avoid touching with heated water and vapor which will speed up the aging of rubbe rings.
