Chronomat B01 is another new watch model from Breitling this year. The already very successful breitling Chronomat line thus get further shows its long-last charm with this new member.
The 43.5mm case is offered with options for materials: steel, steel and gold and 18 rose gold. As for the case design, the elongated profile really adds a “wow” to overall looking. It has equipped with a screw-down crown and pusher buttons with safety mechanism to ensure better water resistance(The rose gold version is water resistant to 100 meters while the other two versions are 500-meter water resistant). Like most of Breitling watches, this case of Chronomat B01 is extremely sturdy and looks very masculine. It addition, it sports excellent anti-shock performance.
And I love the design of the bezel. It sports engraved large numerals and raised steel at quarters for . In my eyes, the bezel shows a kind of subtle manly character. The dial is covered by a consex sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treament at both sides.it resists scratches better than normal. The dial is very attractive by using refined combination of materials(or Roman numerals) and colors. The hour markers and hands are accented by sufficient luminescent coating for clear reading in the dark.
As its name hints, this new Breitling Chronomat is equipped with the exclusive B01 calibre. This automatic movement is the first movement independently designed and developed by Breitling. It beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and has an estimable power reserve of 70 hours. This powerful movement comes with 6 functions, including hours, minutes, seconds, date, tachometer and1/4 second chronograph. Guaranteed by the prestigious COSC chronometer certificate, it is unquestionable accurate and reliable with sophisticated functionality.
This Breitling Chronamat B01 watch is completed by a Barenia leather, crocodile leather, Ocean Racer, or Diver Pro II / Pilot.
