Raymond Weil 
was born in Geneva in 1926. He gained his first job in service industry after reverving business certificate. He joined Camy Watch S. A watch company in 1949. As always admired beautiful watches and loved the watch design and technology, Raymond Weil devoted himself to the work and soon took over the company operation.
In 1976, the crisis period watch industry, Raymond Weil decided to set up his own company. Powered by inner love and rich experience, the founder of Raymond company began his trip to Europe with the first watch and later he traveled around the world, built up international network and finally made his dream true after long-term hardwork. Now Raymond Weil has become a famous brand, one of the best among Switzerland watch indusrry.
As Mr. Raymond knows the watch market inside, he enjoys important status in many professional organizations. He was the former chairman of Genava Watchmaker Chamber of Commerce, former vice chairman of Lausanne Watch Industry Training Cerner and member of Watch Alliance and many customer organazations. What is more, Mr. Raymond Weil had been chairman of the Basel Internatioal Watch &Jewelry Exhibit up to 1995.
Olivier Bernheim
is the current chairman and CEO of Raymond Weil S.A. He spends most of his time travelling around the world to maintain Raymond Weil’s harmonious development in watch market.
The business philosophy can be summarized as follows: listening, acceptance, taste share. And Mr. Olivier Bernheim is the best example.
